By using this website and placing an order with Shivay Traders you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees. The price shown for a product includes GST at that product's rate. The bag and checkout show it as the price before GST, plus the GST, and list GST for each rate when your bag has more than one.

Delivery and cash on delivery charges include GST. A coupon is taken off the price before GST, and GST is worked out on what is left.

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the address cannot be served, and we will refund anything you have paid.

Payment

Orders are paid on delivery (cash on delivery) for an extra fee of ₹15 plus GST. We do not collect any card, UPI or bank details.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns, replacements and refunds by our Refund and Cancellation Policy page. Both form part of these terms.

A refund for a cash on delivery order is sent by UPI or bank transfer to the details you give us when you ask for the return.

Refunds are sent 5 to 7 working days after the returned item is received and approved.

Your account

An account is optional. Keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Using the website

Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it, to place orders you do not intend to pay for, or to access other people's information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
