Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can ask for a return or a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

The days are counted from the day your order is delivered, and the last day runs to midnight.

Some items have their own rules. You can see them on each product page before you buy.

You do not need an account: find your order with its number and your mobile number or email, then choose Return or replace.

How to start

Open your order: from your account under Orders, or with Track my order using your order number and your mobile number or email.
Choose "Return or replace", pick the items and the reason, and add photos if asked.
We review it and email you the answer.
If it is approved, we tell you how to send the item back.
When we have checked the item, we refund you or send a replacement.

We do not accept returns or replacements for: changed my mind, other.

Damaged or defective: refund or replacement, we pay the return shipping, a photo is required
Wrong item received: refund or replacement, we pay the return shipping, a photo is required
Not as described: refund or replacement, we pay the return shipping, a photo is required
Size or fit: replacement, you pay the return shipping

For cash on delivery orders you give a UPI ID or bank account when you ask for the return. We use it only for that refund and delete it afterwards.

Refunds are sent 5 to 7 working days after the returned item is received and approved.

A refund is the price of the items you return, less their share of any discount you used.

If the whole order comes back because of our mistake (damaged, wrong or not as described), the delivery charge is refunded too.

The cash on delivery fee is not refunded.

A replacement is sent free of charge, once we have received and checked the item. If the item is out of stock we will offer a refund instead.

Message us on WhatsApp or from the Contact page to cancel an order before it has shipped. A cancelled order goes back into stock.
